• If you are not satisfied within the first 60 days of service, your 3rd month's fee will be returned - NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Search marketing is very labor and data intensive, thus we would like to only partners that can work with us for at least 60 days.
  

Terms of Service:

• Your data is private and we will never sell your data or account information.
• Client applies for the Google AdWords Management service as indicated above for period of (3) months, after that our agreement will be month to month.
• The term of this service agreement will begin on your order date. The term shall automatically renew for the same period of time for the initial term unless, within 10 days of the end date of your initial 3 month term, either party notifies the other by written notice of its decision to terminate this Agreement.
• SB Search Marketing, LLC does not control and or guarantee results based on Google or search engines performance because they are open marketplaces with constanly changing conditions. We work very hard to follow the terms of service of all of our venders nor do we use any method or strategy that would be deemed unlawful by search engines.
• Client will pay by credit card, the total monthly management subscription fee and as indicated in this agreement. Google charges weekly for all clicks incurred within that week. One-time set-up fee is charged upon receipt of your account & our monthly management fee is charged the day your campaign is launched live in Google, then on this same day monthly thereafter.
• Client agrees to pay the management fee for the full duration of this initial agreement regardless if client’s campaign has been stopped or paused for any reason.
• All payment obligations of Client shall survive expiration or termination of the Agreement, as shall the parties' rights and obligations. If the Client sells their business to another party or closes the business, while still under contract, the Client honors the obligation to pay the balance still outstanding in this agreement.
• Guarantee: It can take up to 3 months (the industry average) to optimize a pay-per-click advertising account for success. If we do not increase traffic or you are not satisfied within 3 months, terminate our services immediately and we will refund the 3rd’s month management fee no questions asked.

*Accounts that opted for the discounted setups fees are non-transferable and customer agrees that the account is fully owned by SB Search Marketing. SB Search Marketing will open a new account and in the event that the agreement is terminated, SB Search Marketing will retain ownership of the account. If the customer would like to retain the account, he/she may pay the difference in the setup fees and transfer the account away from SB Search Marketing.
